Privacy policy.
This policy explains how Real Strength and Performance collects, uses, and protects information when coaches and athletes use the training application.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may process account identifiers and contact information, athlete profile details, competition and personal-record information, training programs, workout logs, readiness check-ins, progress information, coach notes, and coach–athlete messages.
How information is used
We use this information to provide coach and athlete access, deliver training programs, record completed workouts and readiness, calculate progress, enable private messages, maintain security, troubleshoot the service, and respond to support requests. We do not use app data for third-party advertising.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, and operate the app, including the Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure used to deliver the application and store its database. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, legal, and operational purposes. We use access controls, private athlete invitations, and encrypted HTTPS connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information. Athletes can also ask their coach to disable an invitation. To request account or data deletion, email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify the request.
Children and changes
The app is intended for clients working with a strength coach and is not directed to children under 13. If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will be updated.
